Serenity Dental in Lutz (Land O’Lakes, Florida) is following the Governor’s protocols and seeing emergency patients from throughout the Tampa Bay Area. We are doing our part to keep the community’s dental health stable and prevent overcrowding at our hospitals.

We know that patients have concerns about their safety in view of the CoronaVirus pandemic so we will endeavor to answer your questions and address your concerns when you call our office. We will be diligent in our following of the recommendations of the CDC and government officials in order to protect our patients and team. We have the supplies needed to do this, including surgical face masks and hospital-grade disinfectant. We are constantly disinfecting our office surfaces and equipment, including entrance door handles.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO ASSIST US IN HELPING YOU
- When you call, calmly state your concerns to our receptionist. If you are experiencing any symptoms of a head cold, influenza, or another illness (such as a fever or cough), we need to know in order to provide appropriate instructions. We are seeing ill patients individually and separately from other patients, taking them directly back to the dental chair, and taking other additional precautions.
- When you arrive, please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. Note: We are constantly cleaning our bathroom and have adequate supplies for your safety and comfort.
- If more than one patient is in our reception area at a time, please practice social distancing of six feet or more.
- Carry a clean tissue to cover your mouth if you have the urge to cough or sneeze. We’ll give you time to dispose of the tissue and wash your hands. Tissues are available in our reception area.
