Juvederm is ideal adding volume to areas that appear hollow or saging, and Bolotero Balance is ideal for treating areas where the skin is thin and delicate.

Both contain collagen and hyaluronic acid, which are two important for keeping facial skin looking smooth and supple. Collagen is a protein that provides skin with structural support, while hyaluronic acid is a natural sugar found in all living cells that attracts and binds water, hydrating the skin and giving it volume. As the skin ages and is exposed to environmental pollutants and ultraviolet rays, collagen and hyaluronic acid in the skin diminish, the skin loses structure and volume. Unwelcome lines then start appearing around your nose and mouth.

Treatment involves injecting minute amounts of dermal filler, made of hyaluronic acid, under the skin. The wrinkles and folds at the injection sites will disappear as the skin becomes naturally rehydrated.
